Who we are

PantryChef SG is run by MAG-AMG Pte Ltd, a company in Singapore. In this page, “we” means MAG-AMG Pte Ltd. You can reach us at the contact email above for any question about your data.

What PantryChef SG is

PantryChef SG helps you track your kitchen, plan meals and keep recipes. It is provided as it is, and we work to keep it running well but cannot promise it will always be available or error free.

What we keep

Your email address, the pantry, recipes, meal plan and cart you sync, your plan and how many video imports and receipt scans you have used, and the links or text you submit to import a recipe. If you choose to share a price (for example from a receipt, or by typing what you paid), we also keep the shop, the food, the size, the price and the date. Other shoppers only see the middle price for each food and shop, never your name, email or photo. If you add a product that is not in our list, we keep its name, the shop, the pack size, the price and the date, and other shoppers can find it without seeing who added it. You need an account to use the app. Your pantry and recipes are saved on your own device first and then copied to our cloud, so they sync between your devices. If you turn on reminders, we also keep the details your phone gives us to send you notifications. We keep recipe pictures from posts you import, so they keep showing in your app.

How we use it

To run the app, sync your devices, read recipes from links you share, and manage your plan. We do not sell your information and we do not show ads.

Who helps us

Supabase stores your account and synced data. Google's AI reads the recipe links, videos, text and photos (for example receipts or product labels) you submit. Apify helps read public Instagram, TikTok and Facebook posts. Stripe handles payments, and we never see or store your full card number. These providers may process your information on servers outside Singapore. We pick providers that protect your data, and we only share what is needed to do the job.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account yourself in Backup & Sync with Delete my account. This removes your account and synced data and cancels Plus straight away. Payment records stay with Stripe, as the law requires. To delete your account without opening the app, email us at the contact above from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete it and tell you when it is done. You can also ask us to see, correct or stop using your data using the contact below, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.

Plus subscription

Plus is sold on our website. The Android app does not sell subscriptions. Plus costs S$3.98 a month or S$29.90 a year. It renews automatically until you cancel. A free trial, if offered, turns into a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends. Cancel any time with Manage plan; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will review a refund.

Please check for yourself

The Halal check, nutrition numbers, prices and recipes read by AI are guides only and can be wrong. Always check ingredients, allergens and Halal certification yourself. This app is not medical or dietary advice.

Our rights, and what you may not do

PantryChef SG Pro, its design, code, recipes, product and price lists and text are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may use the app for yourself and your household. You may not copy, scrape, download in bulk, resell, reverse engineer or reuse the app, its code, or its product and price data, and you may not use bots or scripts to read it. We may limit or close accounts that do, and we may take action under the law.

Children

PantryChef SG is not made for children. Please do not create an account for a child.

If something goes wrong

We protect your data with sign-in, encrypted connections and access rules that keep each account’s data private. If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we will tell you and the Personal Data Protection Commission as the law requires.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept it.
